A law firm seeks a seasoned Environmental Attorney to join its Environmental and Water Practice Group in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in regulatory and contested case hearings. Duties

• Counsel clients on federal and state environmental laws.
• Advise on air, water, and waste permit procurement and represent clients in related hearings.
• Negotiate water and wastewater agreements for developers.
• Represent clients in water and wastewater CCN matters before the PUC.
• Advise on regulatory investigations and represent clients in enforcement cases.

Requirements

• Seven-plus years of relevant legal experience.
• Significant experience in regulatory and contested case hearings.
• Portable book of business preferred for full-time consideration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
