Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations in employment matters.
• Manage class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour issues.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair case management.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Current CA Bar admission.
