Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex legal issues

• Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each case

• Represent clients at hearings and negotiate favorable settlements

• Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and transparency

• Collaborate with legal staff to gather evidence and prepare case files

• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling workers' compensation matters

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Strong commitment to client service and ethical advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good-standing member of the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills

• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Familiarity with case management software is preferred
