Duties

• Negotiate engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
• Handle equipment procurement agreements, including PV, BESS, or turbine procurement.
• Draft operations and maintenance agreements.
• Manage long-term services and other development agreements.

Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
