Creating customized strategies for client trademark matters. Drafting Office Action responses. Drafting Letters of Protest. Drafting demand letters and counseling clients on enforcement matters. Negotiating and drafting agreements. Assisting with TTAB matters. Must have admission in good standing to a State Bar.
