Job Overview:
An experienced Family Law Attorney is sought for a dynamic law firm in Baltimore, Maryland. The position requires expertise in various family law matters, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Assist clients with family law issues such as divorce, child custody, annulments, child support, separation, and asset division.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Maryland State Bar membership.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Familiarity with legal software, particularly Clio and Clio Grow.
