Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project development and/or finance.
• Preferably has worked in a large national or international law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in project finance and development, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and legal requirements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing in the state of New York or ability to become admitted promptly.
