Duties

• Represent emerging companies and venture capital clients in complex transactions.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with technology companies to address unique legal challenges.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on venture capital.
• Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions.
• Active bar membership in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the practicing state.
