Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, product liability, management and professional liability, and general liability cases.
• Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy in complex litigation matters.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain and grow client relationships.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
• A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
