Duties:

• Represent clients in complex patent litigation matters in federal courts

• Participate in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda

• Assist with depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom strategy

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and technical experts

• Interact with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations and startups

• Stay current on legal developments in intellectual property law

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience handling intellectual property disputes

• Demonstrated interest or experience in patent litigation

• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is highly valued

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset with an interest in long-term professional growth

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Comfortable working in hybrid work environments and across multiple time zones
