Associate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases including: Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants, directing their workflow and monitoring their work; Performing legal research on diverse and complex legal issues; Drafting documents for sophisticated Estate and Business Plans with a business owner perspective when appropriate; Leading and participating in meetings with clients; and Presenting at community educational programs. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Experience in Estate Planning and/or Business Law required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable speaking with all types of people. Strong computer skills are required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience drafting trust and estate plans using ElderCounsel’s Elderdocs or WealthCounsel preferred. Can take broad concepts and create detailed plans from them.
