A prestigious law firm in Elmhurst, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its real estate practice. This role involves handling a diverse range of real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex transactions, working collaboratively with partners and clients, and mentoring junior associates.

Duties:

• Manage and execute complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing.
• Assist in closing real estate financings, sales, joint ventures, and property developments.
• Conduct due diligence, legal research, and draft transactional documents.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates.

Requirements:

• 22 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Previous experience in a law firm environment handling real estate matters.
• Exposure to leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financing, capital markets, and structured finance is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State Bar and good standing.

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and drafting abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-stakes transactions.
