Duties:

• Conduct legal research and provide thorough analysis on litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documents

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Manage and prioritize a diverse litigation caseload

• Collaborate with partners on high-stakes legal strategies

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, and judges

• Participate in strategic planning and litigation case reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience within a law firm setting

• Proven experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trials

• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity

• Exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record preferred

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Texas State Bar
