Duties:

• Manage and lead litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in complex legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys for mentorship and guidance.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies.
• Develop and foster client relationships to build a strong client base.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Current membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.

Skills:

• Legal research and writing expertise.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
• Proficiency in case management and legal software.
