Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle business-related litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document review.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Work in a small office atmosphere with the support of an AmLaw 200 firm.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Interest in business-related litigation.
• Judicial clerk experience is preferred.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications related to litigation (preferred).
