Duties

• Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and appearance at hearings and conferences.
• Assist in the management of Labor & Employment cases, providing counsel on workplace regulations and disputes.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners to develop specialized legal strategies.
• Utilize legal technology to streamline case management and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, insurance defense, and/or general commercial litigation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or pending admission).
