Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury claims

• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery responses, and motions

• Draft and present persuasive demand packages

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

• Collaborate with legal team members to build case strategies

• Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings

• Communicate consistently with clients regarding case status and next steps

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities

• Commitment to client advocacy, especially on behalf of injury victims

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic litigation setting

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar

Skills:
