Duties

• Engage in transactional work with a focus on health-care clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of transactional experience in health care.
• Knowledge of federal and state health care regulations.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
