Duties

• Manage an independent caseload and handle litigation from inception to completion.
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients.
• Supervise junior associates and paralegals.
• Engage in family law litigation, including divorce, custody, and child support matters.
• Prepare clear pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of family law experience.
• VA law license required; DC and/or MD a bonus.
• Proven first-chair trial expertise.
• Command of Northern Virginia courts and policies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Virginia law license.
