Duties

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of civil defense litigation experience, focusing on construction defect defense.
• Prior partner, senior counsel, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cases from intake through trial and resolution.
• Excellent communication, litigation, and client management skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
