Duties

• Manage complex caseloads in construction defect matters.
• Lead litigation strategy and mentor junior attorneys.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, focusing on construction defect defense.
• Prior partner, senior counsel, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cases from intake through trial and resolution.
• Excellent communication, litigation, and client management skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Book of business is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
