Duties

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Attend hearings and mediations.
• Try cases in court.

Requirements

• Active member of the Florida Bar.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong oral advocacy, writing, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm culture.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
