Duties

• Defend wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions with partner oversight.
• Handle discovery, witness interviews, and class certification issues.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and proceedings.
• Prepare and respond to discovery and draft dispositive motions.
• Advise clients on California labor and employment issues.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant California labor and employment experience.
• Experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
• Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills.
• California Bar admission is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and legal teams effectively.
• Fluent knowledge of California state and federal court procedural rules.
