• Research, write, and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence.
• Take ownership of cases with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Experience in all stages of litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
