• Evaluate offers, advise clients, and prepare settlement agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and firm policies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Connecticut and in good standing.
• 3 years of experience in personal injury insurance defense or civil litigation required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
