Duties

• Advise clients on data privacy and technology-related legal matters.
• Draft and review privacy policies and technology agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data privacy within a law firm, in-house, or consulting firm.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in South Carolina.
• Willingness to relocate if admitted in NY, DC, or CA.
• Experience with state comprehensive privacy laws, children's privacy laws, and GDPR preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in South Carolina.
