Duties:

• Manage multi-party litigation construction defect matters independently.
• Conduct discovery and draft substantive dispositive motions.
• Conduct substantial deposition experience.
• Participate in trial or evidentiary hearings.
• Handle insurance risk transfer issues for property damage claims.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of litigation experience.
• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Good standing and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Board Certification in Construction Law by the Florida Bar (preferred).

Skills:

• Excellent oratory, research, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications:
