Duties

• Research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums.
• Evaluate new cases and propose litigation strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions and examinations under oath.
• Litigate pre-trial motions.
• Represent clients in mediation and trial, including jury trials.
• Manage files and meet client and court deadlines.

Requirements

• 0 - 3 years of general/premise liability litigation experience.
• Familiarity with Pro Law is an asset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law within the State of Florida.
