Duties

• Review and sign legal documents and pleadings
• Draft and execute legal documents and conduct legal research
• Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy hearings
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by firm leadership

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing
• Current Ohio Bar license preferred
• Five years of experience in Default Services
• Strong practical judgment and efficient problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
