Duties:

• Manage a variety of labor and employment law cases, including civil litigation matters.
• Provide legal counsel on employment policies, practices, and compliance.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and other related documents.
• Advise clients on workplace disputes, regulatory issues, and employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to ensure the best client outcomes.
• Stay updated on labor and employment laws and regulations, applying new insights to client matters.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Proven track record in handling complex legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, both federal and state.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills:

• Litigation and dispute resolution expertise.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
