Duties

• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts

• Conduct depositions and manage discovery

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials

• Handle settlement negotiations and case strategy development

• Maintain effective communication and reporting with clients

• Manage all aspects of assigned cases with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense

• Proven expertise in bodily injury defense and construction defect matters

• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

• Additional state licensure is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and valid Bar license in Texas

• Additional state bar admissions are beneficial
