Duties

• Prepare pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage written discovery and motion practice.
• Make court appearances and participate in settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff.
• Organize and maintain litigation documents and schedules.
• Conduct and defend depositions, and engage with clients throughout case management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience with state and federal court exposure or judicial clerkship completion.
• Willingness to support related practice areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and client focus.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, or Florida are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• New Jersey law license required.
