Duties

Requirements

• 10+ years of defense litigation experience, with a preference for defense work.
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Familiarity with products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred.
• Must be admitted to practice in California; additional jurisdictions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
