Duties

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
• Perform case analysis, research, and drafting with precision.
• Work independently and efficiently on assigned cases.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Proficiency in all pre-trial phases of litigation.
• Admission to the NJ Bar required; NY Bar admission preferred.
• Experience in NY litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active NJ Bar membership; NY Bar membership preferred.

Skills
