The candidate will be a counseling associate or experienced patent agent/technical specialist (Ph.D.) with 0-5 years of experience. Must be admitted (or have the ability to become admitted) to practice before the USPTO as a registered U.S. Patent Attorney and/or agent with admission to one or more U.S. federal courts. Should have experience practicing before the USPTO that is commensurate with the candidate’s years in practice along with a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and hold an advanced degree (i.e., Ph.D.) from an accredited institution in biochemistry, immunology, molecular biology or microbiology. An appreciation of organic chemistry and bioinformatics is desired.
