Duties

• Conduct patent litigation-related research and draft motions, including claim construction and dispositive motion practice.
• Manage independent projects within a team environment.
• Take depositions and manage fact and expert discovery.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IP litigation experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technologies.
• Oregon or Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• USPTO admission is a plus but not required.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and client service acumen.
