Paralegal & Office Manager – Miami, FL (In-Person)

King & Ruiz LLP, a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, asset recovery, and white-collar defense, is seeking a Paralegal & Office Manager for our Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
• Manage discovery, court filings, and client correspondence.
• Oversee office operations, scheduling, billing, and vendor management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years litigation paralegal experience.
• Prior office management/administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software (Clio preferred).
• Portuguese-speaking candidates strongly encouraged.
• Must be in-person in Miami, FL.
