Corporate Associate - Capital Markets
The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience with a strong capital markets and corporate transactional background. Thorough knowledge of the Securities Act, Securities Exchange Act, preparation and filing of periodic reports, and public and private securities offerings. Experience with IPOs and alternatives thereto including Regulation A+ offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, and at-the-market (ATM) offerings is preferred. Must have strong drafting and negotiating skills; a desire for client contact and an aptitude for doing deals. Should have a strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience in sophisticated transactional matters.
