Duties

• Advise on investments in domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Assist in the formation of investment funds and manage secondary transactions.
• Structure separately managed accounts and carry vehicles.
• Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals to deliver high-quality work.
• Meet deadlines and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment funds.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

• Bar Admission
