Location:

Duties:

• Advocate for clients in workers’ compensation proceedings

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex case issues

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to client needs

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication

• Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and prepare cases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases

• Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with workers’ compensation procedures and litigation practices

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and case resolution

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team

• Skilled in negotiating settlements and preparing legal documentation
