Duties:
Advocate for clients in workers’ compensation proceedings
Conduct legal research and analyze complex case issues
Develop and implement case strategies tailored to client needs
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and prepare cases
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases
Proven ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Familiarity with workers’ compensation procedures and litigation practices
Strong commitment to client advocacy and case resolution
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research and analytical capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
Skilled in negotiating settlements and preparing legal documentation
