A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Work on easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
