A law firm seeks a Healthcare Associate to join its Life Sciences Team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic team providing regulatory and transactional services to clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Duties

• Provide regulatory advisory services related to FDA compliance.
• Conduct contract review and manage transactional work, including M&A and IPOs.
• Advise on compliance with OIG, CMS, and DOJ regulations.
• Engage in advertising and promotional review for healthcare products.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to design compliance programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
• Experience in life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional work.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and compliance.
• Experience with OIG, CMS, and DOJ matters impacting life sciences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Illinois Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Illinois Bar.

Skills

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Strong academic record.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and legal teams.
