• Manage family-based and humanitarian immigration cases with guidance from senior attorneys

• Draft and file detailed immigration applications and supporting documentation

• Conduct in-depth client interviews to formulate case strategies

• Research complex immigration legal issues and contribute to innovative solutions

• Keep accurate records and case notes in the firm’s case management system

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional client service

• Participate in regular meetings for case strategy discussions and professional development

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active Bar license or pending Bar admission

• Strong commitment to immigration law and social justice initiatives

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships

• Strong self-starter attitude and the ability to manage a high caseload

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work in a remote environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
