Duties:
Manage family-based and humanitarian immigration cases with guidance from senior attorneys
Draft and file detailed immigration applications and supporting documentation
Conduct in-depth client interviews to formulate case strategies
Research complex immigration legal issues and contribute to innovative solutions
Keep accurate records and case notes in the firm’s case management system
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional client service
Participate in regular meetings for case strategy discussions and professional development
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active Bar license or pending Bar admission
Strong commitment to immigration law and social justice initiatives
Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships
Strong self-starter attitude and the ability to manage a high caseload
Tech-savvy, with the ability to work in a remote environment
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active Bar license or pending Bar admission

Proficiency in immigration law and case management software
Preferred Qualifications:
