The successful candidate will represent licensed healthcare providers before their licensing boards, handle pre-litigation investigations, and manage all aspects of the litigation process.

Duties:

• Conduct pre-litigation investigations.

• Handle all stages of the litigation process.
• Prepare dispositive motions.
• Provide legal counsel and support to clients.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar membership.
• Proven experience in litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
