- Coordinate with financial advisors and fiduciaries for integrated solutions.
- Monitor changes in tax law to inform planning strategies.
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
Requirements
- 20 years of experience in estate and tax planning law.
- Ability to manage complex estates and high-net-worth client matters independently.
- Strong background in federal and Massachusetts tax law.
- Leadership and client relationship management capabilities.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (in good standing).
