  • Guide clients on charitable giving and business succession planning.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors and fiduciaries for integrated solutions.
  • Monitor changes in tax law to inform planning strategies.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and staff.

Requirements

  • 20 years of experience in estate and tax planning law.
  • Ability to manage complex estates and high-net-worth client matters independently.
  • Strong background in federal and Massachusetts tax law.
  • Leadership and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (in good standing).
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
  • Additional estate planning certifications considered a plus.
