Duties

• Manage estate planning matters.
• Draft comprehensive estate plans using Wealth Counsel.
• Analyze and revise estate planning, business formation, and probate documents.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve estate planning goals.
• Draft and review documents for business formations and dissolutions.
• Lead and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience in estate planning.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience managing legal assistants and paralegals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar License.

Skills

• Experience with Clio Manage, Wealth Counsel, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Mac systems.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
