• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen client relationships and develop new business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business/commercial litigation.
• Modest portable book of business (approximately $200,000 or more).
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases and client needs independently.
• Admission to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
