Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution.

• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
• Active Texas Bar license for at least 2 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in courtroom proceedings, mediation, and client consultations.
• Familiarity with Clio, TxDoc, or similar client billing and drafting software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
