Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation, including federal and state court proceedings
Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients regarding employment law issues
Draft legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop legal strategies that meet business goals
Participate in internal firm initiatives focused on diversity, mentorship, and client development
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment litigation on behalf of employers
Demonstrated success managing cases in both state and federal courts
Ability to handle a full litigation caseload with minimal supervision
Proven experience in legal writing, courtroom procedures, and litigation strategy
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Florida (at least one required)
Must be in good standing with applicable state bar(s)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
