Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Assist with client case preparation, strategy development, and court proceedings

• Represent clients in various legal matters across multiple practice areas

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

• Maintain organized and detailed case files

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in legal research and writing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience with law review and moot court is preferred but not required

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (Required)
